Total Rip Off but if you have their computer this may help you!

I purchased a Dell Computer in August through a man named John Brailey. He promised me " THE BEST OF EVERTHING" because i am a college student and I would need only the best. I said okay.

I received it and it worked for 1 week then that floppy disk drive stopped working. I called Dell and went through their year long " press 1,2, 3" and finally was put on hold for 45 minutes.

Finally someone answers and said we needed to go throug hsome steps to fix it. The tech rep didn't help me so he sent someone out to my house.in September, a guy came out abd couldn't fix it. I had to call Dell back and the end of September, they sent another guy. This man came to my house the end of September, 2 times in October, and 2 times in November.

Keep in mind, that i continued to call Dell and they kept telling me to wait to see what this man can do.By December, the computer floppy disk drive still didn't work but I couldn't call Dell back because I was going out of town for 3 weeks.

In January when I got back, I called and was on hold for an hour. The idiot rep i had decided to put me to a supervisor after I had to beg him 4 times. The rep put me on hold for 2 hours! The supervisor came on and we argued for 35 minutes. Finally I told him that i was sending the computer back and going with Gateway. The supervisor automatically said that he was upgrading my system, giving me all the upgraded software, and I didn't have to pay for shipping! How awesome was that?!

So, if you want service, threaten them with Gateway and see where you get.
