Bad Business, Worse Communication, No Customer Service Ripoff

The Following is the Email that I sent to this company that describes the situation in detail.

I would have LOVED to be able to speak to a real person, but unfortunately at this company, there are none. They make them completely unavailable at every turn. The one time I actually did get someone on the phone, I felt like I was speaking to an auctioneer. All she wanted to do was get me off the phone as fast as humanly possible.

Customer Service Department:
I am writing you regarding order #W1594204

I placed an order from your website for 3 gifts for close family members after you were highly recommended by a coworker. The first issue came when I received my order confirmation email and I noticed that the price for one of the items I had ordered was incorrect. I did send an email. After I received no response, I called the customer service line. I spoke with a rep that left me on hold for the longest time, only to get back on the line and tell me that my order would be fixed by someone else and she couldn't tell me how or when. She said she wasn't sure who would be adjusting the order but that it would probably have to be completely redone and that she couldn't give me a final total. I never even got an email with the correct total; I only was charged an amount when 2 of the 3 items that I ordered were shipped. I then went back onto your website (again) and at that point the invoice on the site had been updated with correct totals. I noticed on the invoice that was enclosed in the packages I got said that watch box that I ordered was backordered. No where during the ordering process or anytime after did I get any notification of this, so needless to say, I was surprised. I tried on SEVERAL occasions to call your "Customer Service" line, that gives a message all day long that says to call back later and hangs up. I finally tried very early in the morning and after sitting on hold for 40 minutes, got through to one of your reps. She rushed me off the phone with a quick explanation that the item had been backordered but now it wasn't and it was being personalized now. She guaranteed me that it would be at my location by Friday at the latest. If she had not, I would have cancelled the order. This whole time, the status of the order on your site said "In Personalization Area". This morning, I decided to check and see if it had been shipped yet and now today (for the first time) the item says BACKORDERED. I would like someone to contact me TODAY and let me know what the status of my order is. I find it hard to believe that if it has not been shipped yet that I will have it by tomorrow. If I do not have it by tomorrow, I need to have it shipped to a different address which would be:

I have had a very unpleasant experience all around with your company in general. I do understand that it is the holidays and you are very busy, but that is no excuse for poor communication and no customer service. People that pay you for a service expect that you will provide that service in return and if you cannot, that you will at least provide the courtesy of communication. I think that is what I am the most dissatisfied with out of this whole situation. Not once did I receive an email or call from your company to apprise me of the status of my order. And when I attempted to find out myself, it was impossible for me to do so. At this point, I'm not sure what to do about providing a gift for the intended recipient; I need a response in the timeliest fashion so that I may be able to plan that accordingly.
