Ripoff Horrendous customer service slow shipping

I am so mad about this horrible company. I have ordered from them 3 times, and have had two terrible experiences. The most recent being that you cannot get ahold of ANYONE. I for one work in customer service, and I understand that most customer service call centers have been taken over by the automated world, but I cant even get there!!! Here is my story:

On Dec 4th, I placed a $130 order which were Xmas gifts. The website says plenty of time for Xmas shipping, so I figured, what the hell, I will order these. My account status has said pending ever since. I have been calling ever since to find out what is going on, and all I get is a busy signal!!! All I want to know is if this will be here by Xmas?!???! If not, that is fine, I will purchase other gifts and either keep and save these, or return them. I understand the rush of the holidays, so me not receiving them yet is not the problem.

Flashback: About a year ago, I received a bill for $165.00 in the mail for something I never even ordered. I looked up the order online and here it was shipped to my old address. My addresses were all updated on the website so the only thing I can thing of was a catalog was sent to my old address and the new tenant ordered something, then I got the bill for it. Needless to say I was VERY angry that my name had now been sent to collections. I finally got an email from a real human being (Silvia Kelly) from their recovery department. She handled it and cleared it from my name. (she was very helpful)

Which leads me to today, I still have her email address, so I emailed her to see if she could help. She said no, as she is in their recovery dept, but she did give me a different number to call (847-604-7779) and said to leave a message and someone will call me back. Well 4 days later I have heard nothing.

My point is not that I do not have my shipment and probably wont have it by Xmas, but for the mere fact that I have never seen a company with such horrible Customer Service. A busy signal? An answering machine? Not to mention that when I decided to try "after hours" to see if it was still busy, I still couldnt get help. Says press 3 for order status, then I enter my confirmation number. Then it asks for item number. I am not sure what that is so I entered the order number, then it just hangs up on me.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I have had it with this poor excuse for a company. Sure, their prices are great... But good luck getting your order!
