I have also been taken in by Paul's cheap products. I, luckily, got my money back, and that is probably only because he got tired of hearing me bi@&$ and moan. They do not answer their phones or emails. I had to look up his lawyer on the internet and had his lawyer call him. I had to wait for weeks upon weeks for service because of faulty electronics. He couldn't send his guys to Chicago because his guys don't know how to drive on Chicago's icy roads. He wouldn't send someone out until the temperature was over 40 degrees for a few days. What a joke. Stay away from Proton LED.
