Never received product. Willnot give me supervisors name or management

I ordered a product called bendaroos on december 13th. I chatted online with a rep and they told me i would get my order by xmas. I was charged for the product on dec. 16th. I emailed the website around dec 18th to inquire about my order. I got no response. I then called the customer service line and inquired about my order and the guy told me it was in and i would get the order before xmas. On december 24th at 5pm i received an email saying that there was a storm on the east coast and that my order would not get there for xmas. The email asked if i still wanted the order to be shipped out on dec 26th. I emailed them saying i still wanted it because it was one of my daughters top xmas gift requests. Then called the customer service line on january 5th and spoke to the rep. He told me that i would receive my order by the end of the week. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep told me to call back after 1pm est. I called at 1:30pm that day and for the rest of the day the "877" number went directly to voice mail. Then i called back the next day and got the same rep and told him that i called back like he said and i get voice mail. I requested again to speak to a supervisor and he told me there was no supervisor there. I told him i didn't believe that because any job i've had there were supervisors there all the time. He asked me for my name and number and said a supervisor would call me back after 2pm. I did not receive a call. Then on wednesday i called back AGAIN and requested a supervisor and again the same rep told me there was no one available. I asked to speak to someone else. He put me on with another rep who took my name and number and said a supervisor would call me back that day. Again no call! On wednesday afternoon i received an email stating that my order could not be shipped due to a technical difficulty. I called again on thursday morning and got the same rep. I asked him AGAIN to speak to a supervisor and he said again no one was there. I freaked! I asked him why he told me in the beginning of the week that i was getting my order when obviously it wasn't shipped because of the email i gopt on wednesday night. I called my credit card company on tuesday and disputed the charge. I again requested a supervisor and he took my name and number AGAIN and said someone would be calling me. There is no contact number for anyone else on the website except for the 877 number, this company is horrible!!! They charged me three weeks ago for a product they never shipped. They are clueless when it comes to customer service and i will NEVER order anything from them again! And i will gtell everyone i know not to use their website!!! They are a sham!!!
