I placed an order for zippers and paid through paypal. Days later seller informed me colors I needed were unavailable asking me for substitute color selection, which I made. Next day I received invoice for additional money... I cancelled the order. Seller sent me the ORDER I CANCELLED. I returned the merchandise, unopened, in their packaging, with a USPO tracking number. I have two emails from Seller saying they would credit my account when they received the returned merchandise. Merchandise was received by them on June 24,10:58 AM. NOW SELLER RECANTS crediting my account. They have my money. They have their merchandise!!!

THEY CLAIM the colors I ordered were unavailable in the colors I CHOSE. I create websites. IF a choice is unavailable, the website should be set to boot out inapplicable choices. Their website is ambiguous, they charge more money after sale is made expecting consumer to just absorb it, send emails acknowledging credit, then back out!
