Lemon computers sold with guts spilling out ripoff

I bought a laptop and a TV with it and on the same day I bought an additional TV and laptop from Compucell at the Boston Computer Show. I brought them home and turned them on and the 2nd one did not work. The battery charged all night and did not take a charge, the wireless card did not work, the power cord was the wrong one for the laptop I purchased. The other laptop I purchased had a bad battery and the wrong power cord as well as a log-in with someone else's name on it. I had to bring them both back to Boston (1 hour drive) the next day to fix the cords and order new batteries (Compucell did not have them with him).
On the laptop on order Compucell replaced the hard drive so it would work with the wireless card and told me they would send me the new cords and batteries the next day when he got back from the show. When I got back to my home I noticed that the hard drive cover was missing as Compucell forgot to replace it so the hard drive was exposed, making the laptop unuseable.
I contacted them several times (I would guess 15 calls in all) and they did not return my calls. I did contact them once and they said they would find the cover and send it to me. On another time I connected with them, they were rude and not sticking to their product or warranty to replace items that were not acceptable.
I am now stuck with one laptop that I cannot use at all and the other one I had to reformat the hard drive to rid the network that was at security risk. The cost to revamp one laptop was $300.00 therefore the disputed amount was due to the cost of the 2nd laptop and the cost to repair the first one. I've contacted them several times in the past two months and the last time I did actually speak to him on the phone he told me to stop harrassing him and contact his lawyer.
I would like my money back for these items and also for this man to halt his unfair business practices as I'm sure I was not the only one he has unfairly treated.
