Best Buy's Geek Squad
Ripoff service promised in contract not done Reno

I scheduled a home visit to dset up a network. As it happened only 1 of the 3 computers could be setup and it was over 5 years old! In their contract it states that the "geek" WILL for every visit update all security software to ensure it is up to date... NOT TRUE!!! Not done!!!

I immediately called he phone number provided by them to report this and REschedule ANOTHER visit to update my security software as written in their contract... Of course I never heard anything back again and no monies ($125) were forthcoming either. They are incompeteten and unconcerned about consumer relations!

Needless to say I will NEVER buy or take any of my electronics (that i don't HAVE TO DUE TO WARRANTY PURCHASED) or take any future electronic/computer problems anywhere NEAR THIS PLACE!!! Up to this point I was an AVID Best buy shopper (many thousands each year. Best Buy WAS the only place I shopped till now!!!

Needless to say i will never go back unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!! I will pay twice the price of them to go elsewhere for all fuuture computer problems!
