Poor Customer Service, don't buy from Best Buy

Well it has been a month and I am still trying to get my washing machine that is under a year old repaired by Geek Squad. They have come out 3 times and no one knows what to do.
First visit: Tech says nees to barrings oiled and that should do it. (does not do it)
second visit: Tech says first tech was wrong, barrings are shot and machine basically needs replaced. He advises me to call Whirlpool and request a replacement. Whirlpool states that this is not and has never been their policy to replace due to one repair. (who is right?) Why am I as a consumer dealing with Whirlpool myself. 2 weeks go by to get this response. I call back Geek Squad tell them what Whirlpool said and they say we will send out another tech to determine what parts need to get ordered. I tell them 2 techs have been out and they should already know by looking at service reports what parts are needed. I told them to have last tech order them so they can be intalled on the third visit. They call back and tell tech is not for sure they need a third visit to determine. Morning (today) of third visit tech number one calls and says he cannot fix my machine because he does not have the parts. DUH? I told him that I asked them to do tha a week ago and he said all I needed to do was look on the computer.
Third Visit: Ordered parts have an appt for next week to actually fix. I have no faith that these Techs know what they are doing. 4 days off of work. Hope I do not lose my job over their stupidity!!!
