Incorrect payment!

I've been an aol client to get a very long time. Nowadays i observed on the charge card that we don't employ for aol a cost of 25.90 which says for twx*aol support. It was also completed in september. And today in november. I named and was requested easily popped another acct. Obviously somebody opened an acct. With that charge card that we used-to spend having a couple of years previously chance? The thing is that's not the charge card I take advantage of for aol and also the amt. Is 14.95. I've ms as well as in a wheelchair and so I need to store online. I had been informed with a aol repetition I've to hold back to get a type to complete as well as I've to complete an application arguing the costs for the charge card. This isn't right! Aol owes me to date 25.90 for a few months on the charge card I actually donot use for aol. They created the error and that I need to correct it. Tension is not advantageous to anyone however for somebody with ms it's significantly worse. Is that this a fraud? Truly upset with aol. This will be fixed by them-not me.
