Fraudulent charge on my debit card

I observed an unauthorized cost of 59.99 on my card and named the organization to discover why I'd been billed. The repetition I talked to about the point stated that my card was used-to subscribe to a adult web-service. The repetition was excessively argumentative and kept insisting that somebody has my card even though it hasn't been out-of my ownership. I had been provided a verification quantity and informed the support was terminated and that I might get a reimbursement in 3-5 business days, though I really could have sworn he initially explained 2-3 business days. I popped a challenge with my lender and wish I wont need to do anymore to obtain my money returned. This can be a complete FRAUD!!!
