Charging my credit card for things I never ordered/don't own

Beachbody is just a complete rip-off along with a couple of thieves. I requested some dvds from their store in July that used to donot like, way too hard on my legs. I delivered them just as directed (named, got agreement #, published on beyond container, etc.). I acquired a reimbursement on my charge card and not noticed from their website again... Till nowadays, November 17.

This really RUDE lady calls and demands easily may approve my $79 payment per month to undergo. ON WHICH I ask her, I actually donot possess something from your own organization. She claims it is from 'anything I requested'. I tell her I'd like to understand WHAT and Iam not likely to approve cost on something I-donot understand what Iam spending money on. I'm excellent and ethical about this, simply requesting a reasonable issue.

She gets all snotty about this and claims she's delivered me characters and it has named often. I never got any characters, she's never named, never quit any telephone msgs. But still... I actually donot POSSESS something out of this silly organization and he or she wishes me to approve getting out $79/month from my charge card???

Lastly, she claims she's delivering me to selection AT THIS TIME and weighs on me.

I noted this to Higher Business Office. The corporation is this type of couple of thieves.
