Account had a limited number of hours per month. They allowed the account to accumulate hours of usage and charged the outrageous amount of $351.18 and deducted from bank account. The account of a disabled quadraplegic individual. It should be good customer service to alert the customer when such an unusual amount of usage is occuring.
