America On Line They stole money from my checking account they had no right to, AOL ripoff Jacksonville

I had free aol due to buying a new compute. One month before it wa sdue, I cancelled by faxing a letter to them... With ALL of the needed information.

They charged my phone bill for Sept... They also charged my checking account $23.90 the same month and they were never given information or permission on that checking account. They refuse to give me my money back, sending me their obnoxious "form" letters that it was somehow MY fault.

I have filed a report with the BBB, sent copies of the problem to my Mayor, Congressman, Local TV channels, the Dir. Of Senior and Disabled Adults and many more...
All I see here are the problems and no solutions... Why is that?

I am planning a class action law suit against AOL and if anyone would like to do so, please file a consumer complaints.
