Holds Money, Then Ships to Higher $ Bidding Winners and Refunds Your Money Weeks Late

I won two auctions for leather barstools. One auction was for one barstool, which I DID receive a couple of weeks later. (It wasn't perfect, but they do advertise that their items are "as is", so not complaining about that. The other auction, which I am writing to complain about, was for a set of two barstools that matched the one I did receive.

After watching their auctions, and seeing them sell the EXACT SAME barstools for weeks, I wrote numerous emails and placed multiple phone calls looking for my two barstools (which I paid for within 24 hours after winning their auctions using PayPal).

Almost one month out, I was told via phone THREE DAYS IN A ROW that my barstools were shipping out THAT DAY. I was very pleasent with them, even when I KNEW they were yanking my chain. Thay have now refunded my money. The kicker: Bargainland has two of the EXACT SAME barstools up for auction on eBay right this minuite! Now I am stuck with one barstool that goes with Nothing! They have HUNDREDS of negative feedbacks left per month on Ebay, yet I assume that the shear volume of business they do must make it okay to do this?

I do not want my refund. I want my barstools. Apparently some other winning bidder (who paid MORE than I did, I might add) will be lucky enough to have theirs shipped to them. I just want to add... Their shipping costs are VERY high. Apparently that is okay also. I will NEVER do business with Bargainland again. Never.
