Shameful Rip-off Using Creative Accounting, Ebay & Paypal

Bargainland Liquidators is conducting a fraudulent scam with the help of eBay and Paypal. I won 7 auctions on eBay and immediately paid through Paypal. Bargainland has a system in which it combines several auctions on one invoice, then doesn't ship any of the goods — even re-listed 2 the following week for another sucker — then part of the money is refunded against the invoice. Because of the partial refund, neither Paypal or eBay will refund further or take any action against the seller (on the basis of "partial reimbursement").

Mind you, 7 auctions were won, no goods were received — except the partial refunds. The auctions involved are 4353729849,6507927944,6739248324,4352271120,5359214289,4355431808 and 4353934574. Non-receipt of goods alone is against eBay policy — but eBay has failed to respond to complaints against this seller, as you can tell since seller has rec'd over 10,000 negatives in the past year from other buyers who have been ripped off.

Since early '05, I have called and emailed the seller MANY times, with the result that I have now managed to get back most of my money, but Bargainland still owes me $67.39 for goods never received, and an additional $16.84 for a supposedly brand new, factory sealed clock (4355431808) which was thrown into a box unprotected and arrived in small broken pieces — a total of $84.23 has been ripped off by this conspiracy between Bargainland, eBay and Paypal.
