Ripoff never delivered bar stool order after charging credit card

U.S.A. On 9/21/04 after talking directly to the owner several times about their bar stools, I faxed an order for 4 bar stools from www.barstools4u.com. After I placed the order I received by fax a copy of the order. On the order it stated that the estimated ship date was 10/21/04. Several weeks passed and I noticed that my credit card was not charged for the 50% down payment required by the company when you place an order. So, I called www.barstools4u.com and the owned said that the bar stools were almost completed so he would charge my credit card for the full amount and that he would ship the barstools out in less than a week. On 10/29/04 my credit card was charged for the full amount. More that a week passed and I had not received any notification that the barstools had shipped so I called the owner again. He told me that there was a quality problem and the barstools would need to be reworked but this should take less than a week and that I would have the barstools in time for Thanksgiving. Well Thankgivning came and went, so I tried to call the owner once again. This time it was much more difficult to get a hold of the owner. I left several voice mail msg and sent several emails, however, I never received any call or email back. Luckly, I was finally able to get a hold of the owner. He told me once again, that they were still working on the barstools but, they would ship out in a week. Once again a weeked passed and the barstools never arrived. So, once again I continued with the voice msgs and emails. I was able to get a hold of the owner again on 12/10 and this time he told me that he was 99% sure that the barstools would ship out on 12/13. As expected 12/13 came and passed without any notification that the barstools had shipped. My last contact with the owner was on 12/16. This time the owner told me that he was not in the factory and that he would get back to me on 12/17 with the status of my order. 12/17 passed with out a single return call. As it stands right now, I do not believe that I will every receive the barstools. JosephTucson, Arizona
