Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered a computer and it came damaged. It was not loaded as advertised. I wasnted them to send me a new pc. They said they would send me a disk.

I called and told them the computer{pc} was not working. I wanted a new one. After waiting on the phone for over anhour they said they would send me a disk to fix it. It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have the disk. My 30 day warranty will be gone before I can get to use it.

The people are rude and hard to talk to and understand. I paid over 2600 dollars for this piece of crap that does not work!!! When you pay this much money it should be right.

They show it can be hooked up via color codes.in 15 minutes. Took my husband and I over 2 hours. It was only color coded on one end. Never seen so manywires!!! What a mess. I cannot even get into their websight to complain. A real case of misrepresentation!!!
