Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

On June 6-02 I received an email from Duckman@hotmail.com with regards to "Internet Business Opportunity." My wife & I are retired and have been looking for a home business (my wife has M.S.) I went to web site "Instant marketing Empires" which says "How to get 5 money making web sites in the next 20 minutes." cost $49.95U.S./$76.99CDN.

I printed off all the material from this web site I read it all and discussed it with my wife we were impressed. I went back to the site and filled out the application and charged the amount above to my mastercard. After completing the designated areas of the application, I was instructed to download videos of which there were 5 to download. I clicked on the #1 download and I kept getting "web site not responding" I tried several times with no success.

I left the site in frustration "something that was to take 20 minutes, caused me nothing but a big headache." I was not given an access number/or id #/or code# so i could get back in to the site without going through the application again, and getting double charged.

This site offered no business address-phone#-or e-mail support centre to contact??? At this point they have my credit card # and I have no product. I have contacted my credit card company, and they have flagged the this charge when it comes through (at present they have not charged my credit card).

I sent an e-mail to the person who originally sent it ot me (duckman1@hotmail.com) I received mailer-daemon back saying "account inactive". Also I sent an e-mail to rkingfp@aol.com who had also been sent the same invitation, however, to date I have not received a reply back, my final effort was to try the wed site from the hard copies I had printed off-www.optintde.com to my surprise my screen was filled with xxx rated porno sites??? I went back to web site - http://www.optintde.com/e/moneynow/confirmed/page1.htm this is where I was to download the videos? Still getting"website not responding" this has to be a real scam, could you please investigate and advise me what other actions I could take. Thank you for your assistance
