Ripoff on computer, repair service, order educational software

Received my computer in January. Had problems with system cutting off. On the phone constantly with them.

December of after several weeks with tech service and software, had a hard drive replace. But then on all I had was problems. After the replacement of the hard drive, they told me that my warranty was out and I needed to get extended warranty. Shop NBC sent me paperwork and I bought a two year warranty since I was already having trouble.

In mid-January my system quit working. I was passed from Viscom software tech to hardware tech. No one knew who had my warranty. This went on for over two months. I even called Shop NBC and they could not tell me anything. I finally took the CPU to Best Buy. They tried for 4 days to get this working. I even purchased the ACTUAL operating system (Viscom did not and would give me the operating system disk). Best Buy could not get it to work. They said it was my motherboard and suggested I contact Viscom (V2Premier) to repair the motherboad. I even called Shop NBC and they could not tell me anything.

Finally, got someone to call me from a warranty place and they sent me a box and paid shipping to send my CPU to them for repair. Have not heard anything from these people. I want a working, legal CPU with the operating system disk, not a reboot recovery disk. I'm tired of waiting.

On another note, thinking this was going to be resolved, while looking for them on the internet, I saw that they also offered educational software for sell. I order two for my grandson, for the computer. Have not received them, can not contact anyone, I have been billed for these educational computer software.

Why is this company still being allowed to advertised on NBC. I'm ashamed that a company as large as NBC has no concern that they are allowing companies they are contracted to them be allowed to rip people off.
