Ripoff SEGA sells defective software, provides no customer support

I purchased software from SEGA. It doesn't work. SEGA has not replied to my emails requesting technical support. SEGA's main office phone number is disconnected according to the phone company. SEGA's 800 number only offers support for one of their software titles (not the one I bought).
