I have purchased (2 years ago) a pico home learning computer for my children. This is a creative learning machine which was sold in stores like toys r us.

I was finding it difficult to purchase cartridges for this machine and was told that they were revamping this product. I then call the sega corp. And ask them if they are still producing the computer and cartridges, i was told that new ones would be available this spring (1999) however, upon further searching the "web" for this software, i discovered that the sega corp. Who produced pico had discontinued that product to make way for dreamcast which has alot of technical problems and theyre rushing for mass production of it this christmas season.

I purposely asked sega/pico if they were discontinuing this product because i had just purchased the machine. If i had known this, a) i wouldn't have waited this long for software!!!
B) i would have returned this product.

So i will never purchase another sega product again!!!
As well as numerous others i have contacted regarding this. My
children are upset and so am i.

I hope sega dreamcast is a flop!!! Its just another sony
playstation.
