Ripoff business from hell, deceptive company, screwed others too

They had advertized all over Orlando saying how wonderful and inexpensive their computers were. They had two offices, so we figured it was a pretty safe bet to purchase from them.

So we bought a computer and had quite a few upgrades. At first they put the wrong video card in and I had to drive to the office on the other side of town approx 30 miles. They changed it out no problem, but I was promised the full version of Windows ME, and Microsoft Office professional but everytime I would call I was told that there were many people ahead of me and that it would be here in a couple of weeks.

Now I am not able to get through on any of the phone lines, I have paid for stuff that I did not receive and it has been more than 18 months so I can not have the charges reversed. So now I am either forced to go and buy the full versions of each for $600 or more, or hope that I never have a computer problem.
