Privacy invasion, censoring, forced updates, owns all computers in the world!

We have just purchased 2 brand new hp computers in the last year.

#1 has the windows xp home edition.
#2 has the 'new' vista crapola.
* in #1 we are "forced-against-our-will" to accept 'updates', with no
idea what they are for or what they are about!
'it took an act of god to get the information to disable the automatic updater'.
'remote access also lets them into the machine'.
* in #2 you can not, stop/control/delete these updates or stop them
from sneaking in to the computer!
* aol/yahoo/apple/, like wal-mart are monsters of their own creation.
Microsoft crapola slides in on its belly thru them!
'they invade our privacy, infringe on our rights as owners/users.
'they "monitor" our every move, and use the stolen information against us'.
We paid over $4,000.00 for these 2 computers, plus $75.00 per month for broadband service, "for-the-privledge" to use them?
Hey 'bill gates'? Where is our refund in full... Since you control us and our computers?
I rest my case in point.
