Ripoff they don't stand by the're work poor customer service

I took three computers in to be serviced. They said that one of them needed Windows reloaded (charged me $85 for that computer) and that nothing was wrong with the other two. I paid the $85 and also bought more memory for my laptop.

I took the computers home and hooked them up and started them. Two of them wouldn't go past the splash screen.
I took them back on Wednesday. They said that I could get them back on Friday. I went back on Friday and they say that I would have to come back on Monday, then Wednesday, then Friday. I finally got them back on the next Monday after driving 18 miles roundtrip six times for the return. They then charged me $75 to repair a computer that they had said was good. All they did was reload Windows.

The owner was suppose to call me to dicuss the complaint. His employee said that he wouldn't consider the complaint. They had my computer so I paid the $75.
I won't go back and I wish that know one else would.
