Rip-offs, paid for two items only received one stated would send out second three months still nothing

Purchased two bamboo plants only received one, i have sent numerous e-mails was told back on3/5 i will have the other one to you soon, signed kosit.

Since that time i have sent at least 4 more e-mails with no answers and no plant.

I find it very complicated trying to do anything through e-bay so it appears i am out a bamboo plant.
