Roadside Plus Unauthorized charge for 21.95, Rude Customer Service, Refusal to refund money, FRAUD! Ripoff

On 7/11 I noticed a charge on my bank statement for 21.95. I called the bank and they told me that it was a company called Membership Plus. They told me to come in a fill out the paperwork to have the charged reversed, but to first contact the company directly.

They gave me the phone number, 1-888-683-4432. I called 7 times that day and got no answer. I then went to their website and filled out the customer support form. I have yet to hear back from them.

I did not now how they got my info until I came to this webiste and saw that it would we unknowingly signed up for a membership while apllying for payday loans. Is this even legal? Does anyone know which payday loan company this was?

Now, I am hoping to get a refund through my bank, but we will see. How can we stop this? Is there anyway we can file a class action law suit?
