Ripoff unauthorized credit card charges big scam fraud business

MWI Connections is a big scam. They make unauthorized charges to your bank account. I signed up to be able to review my bank statement online and I was looking over my statement when I saw a charge for $12.95 from MWI*Connections 800-750-4364.

I looked more closeley at my statement & found several of these $12.95 charges, so I called the 800 number to find out what they were and to get them removed. What a joke!

I was told that the charge was for my monthly membership benefits to "entertainment". I said I did not authorize any membership. I do not even know who MWI Connections is. I requested that the membership be stopped immediately & my money refunded. I was told I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 days.

Well, I'm still waiting for a refund. It's been a month now and I've called several times, but every time I call I get a message that says my membership is cancelled! Yet they are continuing to charge my bank account (the latest one was 12/10/02). I am really pissed off, and will be reporting this company to BBB.
