Membership Plus
Debited 21.95 for a service i never signed up for! Ripoff

This past summer i unfortunately applied for a payday loan. After a while i noticed this 21.95 which was debited from my checking acct. I contacted my bank and they gave me the number to call, which i did, but never could get thru. I emailed them numerous times and was told i had to call to give them more information. However, if you go on the website for this membership plus which is really for roadside assistance, it says in their policy one can cancel thru email and get a refund. However, im still not getting thru to these people. Any other suggestions?
