We have used netzero twice the first time we switched to cable. Almost a year after cancleing out account we had a charge on our back card. The second time was when we moved to Tn. We signed up for netzero and netzero voice we have it for less then two weeks (we were trying to save money). Was too slow after using cable for so long so we cancled and went back to comcast. The netvoice we had was unlimited that was 14.95 a month and the net zero was 9.95 but both were on the first "Free" month of service.

Having had problems with billing before I called to cancle the account. First I was told that the dept. I call could not cancle the voice. Ok fine so I went ahead and took care of the internet service and took down the comfermation number. Then called the voice and did the same. I thought it was going to be fine I had the numbers and the names of people I spoke to I even wrote the date and times I called. Low and behold netzero went ahead and took money out of our account. I had my wife watching for this so we noticed it right away. I called again. First they tell me that no money was taken from me.

Then they asked for the comfermation numbers witch I had. They told me the number did not match so I had to RECANCLE got a number. Then had to hang up and call the net voice dept. They admited to taking the funds and refused to refund. I explaned to the man I was talking to that we had cancled and haven't been using the service. He proceeded to tell me that it is for international calls that were made.

I know that neither of me or my wife made these calls. I did still have access to the account so went on there while I was still on the phone and asked him to tell me when these calls took place. He gave me the time it was like 12:30 on 12th of dec. So I looked at the record from the netvoice site and there was no call placed at the time and date. He also gave me a time and date that my wife was on the phone to her mother in fla. After having to PROVE to them we did not make the calls and no way we could have. We were promised a refund. The 27.95 the took out but say the the bank charges are my problem. I was told " If I kept a better record of my finaces then I would not have overdrawn." This was Jan of this year it is now July and still no word and NO MONEY
