Ipoff, lied, cheated, stole money, refused refund

NetZero has charged my bank account twice and I never used their "service". At the time (Feb.) I only had a long-distance number for them, so I had to wait on hold for twenty-five minutes and never got any help from them. I canceled immediately and they ignored all emails. They also lied about getting a phone call I can PROVE I made, because it was long-distance and is on my bill!
Their service never worked and I never used it at ALL. I went to my bank, in person, TWICE, to block this company. They gave my money to NetZero again. Meanwhile, NetZero lies and claims I never canceled and won't refund the money. Do not ever, ever use this company. They should be put out of business permanently.
