ENTERTAINMNT REWARDS ripoff, Non-approved $9.00 charge appearing on bank account! Scam

I simply opened my online bank statement one day and found this odd $9.00 charge against my debit card. I had approved no transaction with ENTERTAINMNT*REWARDS and they have not been easy to contact. I have been on perm-a-hold on their phone number and can't find their website so far.
According to others, this charge just keeps appearing until you pay to make your bank stop it. Apparently they claim you signed up for their service on line and if pressed will produce a bogus registration (probably not even your name on the registration).
It is a sloppy but persistent scam. Yep, a recurring 9.00 charge every month for the rest of time! For a... Nothing! Allegedly they sell coupon discount services. Good luck, hope you don't end up here, because this one is a frustrating one to stomp.
