Fraudulent charges to my bank account

I was checking up on my bank account, as I always do when I noticed a charge to Entertainment Rewards (8699 ENT*ENTERTAINMNT MI 866-364-1333) for $9.

I had no idea what this was for, because the last places I've shopped was a the grocery store. I googled the 866-364-1333 and came upon a number of other people who have experienced the same thing - at one point they ordered tickets through Ticket Master, and now the same company is fraudulently charging people for something we supposedly signed up for when ordering the tickets.

I found this site and decided to file a complaint right after I contacted my bank and let them know about this.
