Entertainment Rewards - Ticketmaster
Charged $9 Monthly for Membership I Never Signed Up For

I ordered tickets from TicketMaster.com a few months ago. I did not notice that I was being charged $9.00 a month for something called Entertainment Rewards until my credit card company called me today. I found out that when I ordered the tickets, somehow I signed up. When I called the company, they told me that I had to enter my email address twice to sign up and that I also received two confirmation emails. None of that ever happened. I ordered my tickets and that was it.

Now I ordered something from another website again and was signed up with PCProtectionPlus.com, and they charged me $9.99. I never signed up for this. They just took my credit card information from the website where I bought something and took my money without my permission.
