Ripoff Removed $225.00 from my account, because their buyer use stolen credit card

After I sold a item on E-bay and the Item was paid for through Paypal I shipped Item to the customer. The Item was shipped Insured mail and siggned for by customer. About two weeks later Paypal froze my account for the amount of the sale (About $222.00). When I inquired about the problem i was told that customer used a stolen credit card. They told me that I was protected by the sellar protection program as long as I could prove that it was delv. Online. Well at the time I shipped the product, you could not insure it over $200.00 on line. I faxed them the copy of the signned receipt from the post office that had the customers address and they still refused to give me my money. PayPay is a rip off.
