Credit Card Payment Held Until Seller Upgrades Account

I sold an item and received an e-mail that said I have cash. So I sent the item to the buyer (I PAID SHIPPING). I paid to list the item. Now I cannot get my money because it was paid with a PayPal credit card. PayPal wants me to upgrade so I can receive credit cards on my account, and yes, they charge you more money to send you your money. I called PayPal. If the buyer does not pay me in another form, I lose the item, the listing fees, and the shipping. Neat, huh. Beware of PayPal!!! They do not care about anyone as long as they get their share of the pie.
