Ripoff Product crashed my computer system, company not refunding money as stated in several emails they would

In the first part of December I downloaded ErrorSafe to "protect" my computer from crashing. After downloading, my whole computer crashed and I had to reboot my system and reset it with the "store bought" settings... This wiped out everything... I contacted ErrorSafe IMMEDIATELY. They stated they would refund my money in 4 weeks, this did not happen, I then contacted the company again (only thru e-mails as could not find physical address or phone) and they then told me it could take 5-6 weeks and it has only been 4.. It has now been close to 7 weeks I have contacted them again and am waiting for a reply. I do dont want anyone else to go through what I am going through with this company. Since restarting my system and only using Norton, I have not had ANY problems..

I would never recommend this product to anyone not even the ones I don't like...
