I paid for services and never received product no response from site Ripoff Internet

I have placed 2 magazine orders on-line with ShopZines.com. The first order was in March 05 and the order was received within the time mentioned of 6 to 12 weeks. Due to the success of the 1st order I placed a second order request on 8/8/05. On 8/14/05 I was notified that the order has been sent thru processing. So I waited 12 weeks and no magazines arrived. The company had charged and withdrew from my account $67.89 for this order. I have emailed several times requesting information or a refund. I believe others have had similar experiences. There is no phone number or any other means to contact them. I want to report this so others do not get ripped off.
