Magazine order 4 1/2 months later nothing but excuses ripoff Internet

Order a computer magazine on November 6. On December 5th, my credit card was charged. No magazines. I emailed January 7th. I was told to wait until 8-12 weeks after ordering. On Februay 7th, I was again asked and was told "

I waited until March, no magazine. Another request and another response. I waited the 3 days requested and received another response (all by email). After 5 requests, I finally realized the letters were ALL WORDED EXACTLY THE SAME. I immediately contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge. Finally a last request got the following response
"
I investigated this situation and have determined that a misproccessing error occurred when placing your order. I sincerely apologize for this frustrating circumstance. I can resolve this matter in one of two ways: 1) I can refund you immediately. 2) I can place a reorder (6-12 weeks for delivery) and offer you an additional, complimentary subscription to any of the magazines listed in the '5 for 30' package drop down menu located on our website, netmagazines.com. Please advise.

That response was a joke. So thanks to my credit card company I got my charge reversed.
