Do not use geek squad for anything! I made an appointment to have my computer serviced for 10 am mon 1/2 A week before. They called 3 minutes before the appt. And canceled it. They have a policy if YOU don't give them 2 hours notice of a cancelation, they charge YOU!

I lost a days pay and a personal day waiting for them to show. How do I get My money. I am going to bill them for $150.00 for the lost time. I have a cancelation policy also. THESE GUYS ARE WORSE THAN THE CABLE COMPANYS! Call some one else for service and DONT buy their add ons in the store, you are waisting your $ and time!
