A complete ripoff. Now stuck with Lemon computer after only one week of delivery

I couldn't wait to buy a new computer and so I went online and bought a brand new one from Dell, a Dimension 9100. After receiving it I plugged it in the next day and after only a few hours my computer froze and needed to be rebooted. After finally rebooting a few hours later the sytem crashed and I got a blue screen saying that there was a major system error and that it was generating a crash report.

I tried several times to do a system restore but each time would only reveal a new problem. I spent the next several days trying to correct one problem after another, after another, and so on, until I decided to call Dell and ask them for a refund or return. They told me that they would not return or replace the system without me paying money to them because it was a software issue and not a hardware issue!

Dell has a dirty handed little trick/loophole in that waranty that they hide under. It's a trick to make you think that you have all kinds of support for your system and you basically have none. So, unless your hardware is fried, dinged, or damaged you have nothing. If it stands up straight on your desk without wilting or limping then you basically have a rather expensive, huge paperweight that cost you thousands of dollars because when you go to turn on the computer, it just doesn't work.

I'm stuck with a $3,000 paperweight after only one week of owning it. And don't fall for the 21 day trial thing, or your money back. It's a lie!
