Ripoff-fraudulent computer selling

I bought a brand new H.P. Pavillion from Best Buy in Victorville, Ca on a Monday. I had the Geek Squad put on some programs which Best Buy recommended I do for about $100 more. When I brought my "NEW" computer home, it wouldn't connect to the internet. So I started looking around in the computer and came across two shared files. I opened them and saw invoices for a local company here in Victorville. Best Buy sold me a used and broke computer, and since they "THOUGHT" they got rid of all the old information they thought I would never know. I took the computer back on Wednesday and told them I need a new compter because this is used and broke.

The Best Buy manager told me they were out of stalk on this computer, so instead of ordering me one right away, he tried to sell me four different computers that were two to three hundred dollars more. I said "no way, I want the same computer I just payed almost $1400 dollars for and I wants it brand new". They said o.K. But I would have to wait until Friday, and they would make sure they saved one for me. They gave me most of my money back, but not all of it which makes me even madder. So I go in Friday and the Manager tells me again the computers aren't in and you are going to have to wait until Saturday night, or Sunday.

So I go in Saturday night, and now they tell me I have to wait until next Friday before it will be in. I run a business and I need a computer because my old one took a dump. They've lied to me, given me the run around on when it will be in, and sold me a used, broke computer and won't give me all my money back.
