Ripoff-fraudulent billing on old access4free acquisition

Earthlink acquired an isp called access4free. I cancelled the service. Earthlink had my credit card number and refuses to discontinue stealing money from my account. Visa, Chase Bank is helping them steal. Claims this is an internet account and the company can not verify my transaction? Duh... Then quit paying them. Southwest visa is an accomplish, no cooperation even after reporting fraudulent charges.
