This company offered a cell phone bill tracing for a Florida based Private Investigations Company that I contacted over the internet in January 23rd.
I have been in contact with this company on and off on regards to the reports I purchased for $169.00 (paid in full), a report that I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED!

This company has brushed off a service that was suppossed to take a maximum of 14 days has now turned into a five months ordeal. An ordeal that I have NOT been able to resolve, neither with a credit back to my account nor the so "promised" reports.

I have not even been acknowledged by their poor customer service.

I am baffled at their lack of professionalism, and on top of it all, they had the audacity to tell me three months after their delay, that for an extra fee of $99.00 they would somehow "crack" the phone number, according to them the number was not under the subjects name, something that was totally FALSE!!! I need help on resolving this pending matter.in the process I want to warn EVERYONE out there to NOT use this company's services. They are not a trustworthy company and they cannot provide the services they advertise on their website. A webpage in which they say "No Hit NO CHARGE" LIES!!!
