Never paid for contracted services

I am a independent computer support contractor. On March 30, I was contracted by Wharton Logistics, to replace a defective ethernet switch. The replacement took 1hr., plus boxing-up the old switch to send back. Wharton was working for a client of theirs Diversified Networks. I have not located the client.
I have not been paid $90.00 as agreed in the contract, after having faxed the timesheet to them. I tried on numerous occassions to collect what is owed me. I even talked to my contact at Wharton and she promised payment was on the way.
Since May 31, I get only a busy signal when I call the Wharton office and emails are not responded to.
