Ripoff Non-payment of wages, breech of contract

In March I performed work for Wharten Logistics, who was contracted by Lockheed Martin. The contract specifies payment at 30 days.

It has been two months. I have contacted both offices several times and finally spoke to someone, but no wages have been paid.
