Refrigerator broke and even with extended warranty, no appt. For almost 3 weeks. False advertising about their availability service

My refrigerator stopped working, and when I called to have technician come I was told that the next appt. Was in 3 weeks. I have an extended warranty contract and complained, so they moved my appt. Up a week, still having to wait 2 weeks to get my fridge fixed.

They said technician only comes on Tuesdays between 8am and 5pm. Website of A & E Corporation say they work 7 days a week from 6am until midnight. They falsely advertised services they won't produce.

Spoke with several reps. Who were not helpful. Looked up past complaints and they have many.

Do not buy a contract with this company.
