Ripoff kept my money no cigarettes sent just a bunch of lies

I paid by credit card $85.50 for 4 cartons of cigarettes plus $10.00 air mail on January 13. As of May 1 I still have not recieved my order or refund as they stated to take care of. I have sent MANY emails and the response was always the same, customs changed their ways, we will have to resend your order after it clears customs... And now, they won't respond at all to my emails!

As far as I'm concerned, they are thieves! I want my $85.50 refunded.

Customs has informed us that your parcels were scanned and released to your postal annex; therefore we can only assume they were lost or were stolen. This is not a common occurrence and is beyond our control; we have less than a 1% chance of theft/loss.

It is our company policy to reship all orders which are more than 30 days over due. We can reship your order, which you will receive in 8-12 days or we can issue you a refund.

Please advise.

If your original order does in fact arrive, kindly keep the cigarettes with our compliments.
