Ripoff I ordered almost $200 worth of cigarettes in December & never got them or a refund

I ordered almost $200 worth of cigarettes in December & did not receive them. They e-mailed me & told me it was a customs problem & they would reship or refund my money. They have done neither.

Now their e-mail address is no longer valid. I'm out a hard earned $200 & scared to order on the internet anymore.
