This website is a total ripoff. I placed an order on 11/15/08 and received confirmation of the order on 12/5/08 (yes, 3 weeks later). As of 02/5/09, still no sign of my order. I opened up two different trouble tickets on their site during the 1st and 2nd weeks of January and sent two emails as well and they simply have no responded to me. They charged my credit card right away, but no response or product. This is a nightmare...
